The Palm Springs Photo Festival and Photo District News have again teamed up to present over 1600 reviews in our sixth annual Official Portfolio Review Program during this year’s PhotoPlus Expo at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City, October 21-24, 2015.

This year, we will produce two different review events:
The Open Portfolio Review: Wednesday, October 21st: A one-day-only review event for photographers just launching their careers or established pros looking for guidance / advice on their portfolios or new bodies of work. Get valuable unbiased feedback from a selection of our seasoned industry experts. A more supportive mindset from our reviewers.
The Emerging & Professional Portfolio Review (vetted): Thursday, October 22nd – Saturday, October 24th. Designed for emerging and professional editorial, advertising and fine-art photographers with fully focused, tightly edited portfolios.
There is no substitute for the Official Portfolio Review at PhotoPlus Expo
By registering, you’ll be able to schedule one-on-one, 20-minute sessions with difficult to meet, primarily New York-based advertising agency creatives, magazine photo editors, gallery and museum directors, book publishers, reps, corporate art buyers and more. Imagine trying to meet with 5, 10, 15 or more key people in New York in just three days!

It is possible that the Emerging & Professional review program will fill before our deadline of October 9. Pre-register now to hold your place in our program. After October 9, when all registered attendees will choose their reviewers, you will only be able to choose from remaining reviews. See our website for complete information.

Other programs have a first-come, first served policy. If you register later than others, you miss out. We treat all applicant’s review requests evenly right up to our cut-off date of October 9th.
