He’ll share with you his creative process in formulating a bid. He’ll breakdown, in detail the process by which an estimate is put together.
Frank will share his insights on various elements of bidding from preparation, pricing, estimating, and negotiating to producing, billing and follow-up. This class will go into the actual details of being awarded jobs. This is the real thing!

For 25 years, Frank has represented photographers in securing highly valued commercial assignments. He has worked on hundreds of company photo libraries and campaigns for clients such as American Express Small Businesses, Acura Motor Sports, US Coast Guard, Xerox, ESPN, Citi, Nike and others.
Meo has been an active member of The Society of Photographers and Artists Representatives (SPAR) from 1984-present.
